Master the art of vegan artisan cheese. You will be learning a whole new way of making vegan fermented food using whole some ingredients that are mindfully picked to make best vegan fermented product possible. By the end of this class you will know haw to substitute and make kefir, yogurt, different types of artisan cheese, sourdough, kombucha, and more.
